Bible Audio is a free program that lets you create audio files from Bible texts using Windows text-to-voice capabilities. First, you have to specify the folder in which you want to save the audio files created with the program. Next, you can choose the Bible text you want to convert among a wide variety of sources; for example, you can choose to convert the entire Bible, or any of its chapters. Also, you can choose to create an audio anthology of Bible texts regarding a specific topic, like Family, Love, Being a Christ Disciple, How to deal with stress, Who is Jesus, and so on. The third step consist in setting up the audio properties, like quality of recording, volume, speed, recording device, ant the personality of Microsoft's text-to-voice feature. Also, you can test the settings at this stage. The fourth stage is to choose the audio format (MP3 or .wav), as well as the quality of the resulting file. At this stage, you can also decide which version of the Bible you want to use. You can choose between five different versions, like King James, American Standard, Webster's and so on. The last stage is to create the audio file, which can be played on any audio program like Windows Media Player. This software would be very useful for transmitting the Bible message to visually impaired or illiterate people.
